Meet the team: Emma Tye
Emma Tye is our Head of Communications and has worked for Carbon for nearly five years. Her role not only includes external press and media, but also internal communications.
“One of my favourite things about working for Carbon is the inclusive and collaborative nature,” says Emma.
“Regular communication with our employees is part of our DNA, so that everybody feels as though their input is taken on board, and they’re rewarded for what they do. It’s refreshing to work in a company where there is no ceiling for your development, we all make a valuable contribution with a common purpose and goal of delivering our strategy and business plans, and people feel valued for what they do.”
Emma goes on to talk about Carbon’s plans for 2024 and beyond, and the role communications will play in helping to deliver that.
